The Aftermath

Hello friends! Hope you have had a great weekend! I have been very busy this week in the aftermath of the auction that was a complete waste of time! We have had more people through this week than in any other weeks, and none of them even knew about the auction. It seems like every time I turned on the computer, the REA would ring to say he was bringing someone through in 30 minutes…so I would race around like a chook with it’s head cut off and try to clean up in time. Maybe soon…..

Other news is that Thomas starts Preschool tomorrow. He is very excited, but a bit nervous. He didn’t want to go to sleep tonight, just in case he had a bad dream. He never fails to bring a smile to my face, even when I am cross with him!

Jose has learned to recognize the Holden symbol now. So we know about 5 brands of vehicles and he points each of them out WHENEVER he sees them…each and every time. The next one I teach him will have to be a less popular car so that I don’t have to be subjected to “I saw a … Mummy, did you see the … I saw a ….did you see that one?” too many times in a car trip. We were stuck in traffic for one and a half hours the other day and by the end of it I think I was close to losing my mind!

Audrey has started to talk a little more. She has been making a few ‘words’ for a while, but I have only just worked them out! OOPS! So she says Mummy, Daddy, Thomas, Hello, Bye, Baby, Dolly and that. Oh and Nononononono. That is a favourite!

I am trying to find time to scrap every day. Even if it is only for 15 minutes and I arrange some photos or pick the papers. I find it keeps me sane! And motivated! It is nice to be able to sit at my bench again too, even if it is way too small!

Finally guys, if you do happen to stumble upon my blog, please let me know you have visited, then you won’t be bored by the same stories when I do get to chat with you!
Tata,
Ang

Cute little stories about each of your cherubs, Ang. I can hear Audrey say nononononono... I'm pretty sure I've heard you say it a few times, too! I hope Thomas' first day was great. Amelia has her first full day tomorrow. She probably won't want me to walk into the room with her! Talk to you soon, Sara.

You'll never bore us Ang!!

How exciting, Thomas being a big boy off to Preschool! I'm sure he'll have a great time!! LOL@Jose and his car knowledge. Matisse is obsessed with Trucks so I'm getting "TRUCK! MUMMY! oH TRUCK!!" every ten seconds. Apparently 4wds count as trucks to :S

Nice work with the scrapping everyday, I think I'll scraplift that goal too!
